- Returns without prior authorization will not be processed and will not be returned to you.
- To receive a refund, returned items must be in new condition, unused, and in original packaging, and must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Please include the packing slip included in the original shipment.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will do all we can to resolve the issue promptly.
